Summary of Responsibilities:
* Reporting to Sous Chef/Executive Sous Chef/Executive Chef responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Is accountable for the guest comment scores in the dining outlets.
* Ensure that all junior cooks follow spec. book when producing food and standardized recipes is follow accurately
* Monitor daily occupancy count and adjust production levels accordingly to ensure minimal waste and proper food turn over
* Ensure that the kitchen team is working in a safe, efficient and productive manner and ensure an adequate physical working environment
Qualifications:
• Min. 2 ‐ 3 years’ experience in Asian style Restaurant
• Well Knife skilled, able to work on the Wok and prepare a la Cart Dishes from Asian Countries, sushi making is an additional advantage.
• Outgoing personality and good communicator in English/ other language advantage.
• Knowledge of Food Safety & HACCP standard
