Job Details
Preparing, negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts.
Preparing & Reviewing tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, progress claims and payment certificates.
Liaising with the client and other construction professionals such as project managers, engineers, consultants ....etc.
Handling Monthly progress bills from the point of measuring the work upto the point of receipt of payment.
Advising on a range of legal, contractual and sensitive issues
Be responsible to ensure that all operations are carried out to control costs, maximizing value, minimizing future liabilities and maintaining the required standard of quality
Provide reports on actual costs vs estimate, identifying underlying reasons for any variance, in particular highlight, challenge & resolve variance to latest plans
Provide general forecasting & estimating and performing budgetary controls
Any other relevant responsibilities assigned by the top management.
