Responsibilities:

 Managed daily operations of the Spa including placing and 

tracking orders for spa supplies and equipment.

 Plan or direct spa services and programs

 Enforcing internal policies and procedures to ensure the safety of the clients and also the employees

 Ensure the success of an establishment by hiring and training adequate staff members to deliver a spa’s services.

 Responsible for ensuring that customers’ expectations are met.

 Check spa equipment to ensure proper functioning.

 Establish spa budgets and financial goals.

 Develop staff service or retail goals and guide staff in goal achievement.

Experience & Qualification:

 At least five years of experience in related field required in Tourism Industry

 Minimum 3 years of experience working in a similar position

 Minimum 2 years of experience working at Maldives 

Requirements:

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven negotiation skills.

 Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

 Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to effectively train others.

 Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

 Understanding of business and management principles.
